Tangipahoa Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council (TADAC) receives grant funding through Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) to offer the evidence-based Life Skills Training program which has been developed by Botvin. Through the funding received from FPHSA, we are able to offer the Elementary Level 1 curriculum to 3rd grade students in Tangipahoa Parish and the Middle Level 1 curriculum to 6th grade students in Tangipahoa Parish.

Botvin's Life Skills training program has been research-proven to reduce the risks of alcohol, tobacco, drug abuse, and violence by targeting the major social and psychological factors that promote the initiation of substance use and other risky behaviors.

We have a number of certified Life Skills Facilitators who are able to teach these great skills to our students.

Please contact us TODAY if you would like for your students to benefit from this fantastic program.
