2021 Banner & Bookmark Contest
Each year SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration) acknowledges a National Prevention Week (NPW). National Prevention Week is a public education platform that promotes prevention year-round through providing ideas, capacity building, tools, and resources to help individuals and communities make substance use prevention happen every day. For the first time, TADAC (Tangipahoa Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council) will be hosting a design contest in preparation for this week.
National Prevention Week 2021 will be held on May 9-15, 2021.
Students in 3rd-4th grade are invited to participate in our first annual BOOKMARK DESIGN CONTEST!
Bookmarks should be designed to fit in a 2.5"x8" rectangle
Bookmarks should go along with the theme of the contest which is "I choose to be drug free..."
Students in 5th-12th grade are invited to participate in our first annual BANNER DESIGN CONTEST!
Banners should be designed to fit horizontally in a 4.25"x11" rectangle
